ITEM DAMAGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS:

REFUNDS
Only items shipped USPS Priority Mail (buyers' choice at checkout) will be eligible for refunds.

If you receive a damaged item, and it was shipped USPS Priority Mail, save all of the packaging materials. Take photos of all parts of the package and damaged item. Send me a message with photos and brief description of package received. An insurance claim will be filed once all of this information is received. Customer should save all parts of the package until the insurance claim is fully processed; this may take up to 6 weeks. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF ANY PART OF THE PACKAGE IS NOT SAVED.

All items shipped USPS first class or USPS parcel select ground are not eligible for refunds.

RETURNS
If you would like to return your item, item must be shipped back to seller using equivalent packaging (or better) and postage paid by customer. Item must be in new condition without any marks or defects. Once I receive your item I will contact you and process your refund.
