An insurance claim will be filed once all of this information is received. Customer should save all parts of the package until the insurance claim is fully processed; this may take up to 6 weeks. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF ANY PART OF THE PACKAGE IS NOT SAVED.
