DIMENSIONS (approximate):

Process:
-wood boards are cut down, planed and sanded
-base coats of paint is applied to backer and frame pieces are stained or painted
-painted backer is laser engraved with custom state outline
-wood frame with backer is glued and clamped for a strong miter bond
-1/16" thick letters are laser cut, painted, and applied to backer
-rustic design can show wood imperfections: knots, grain, checks, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: This sign is made from solid wood and will have “character”. This means the wood may have imperfections and not always be 100% smooth or perfect in appearance. This adds to the designs rustic feel and makes each one of these signs unique.
